Opal loves people and nature. She brings over 15 years combined experience as a career practitioner, coach and counsellor to the InHabit counselling  team. She uses humour to build positive connections with her clients and values the privilege of walking alongside them in their midlife journey. Her integrative approach to therapy – is important since no two clients are alike. Attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and other somatic interventions are common to her practice.
